1. How does a concierge service work?

Personal Concierge Services perform errands and a variety of other tasks on behalf of its customers.

Virtually any task that does not require the customer's presence can be performed on their behalf. This includes tasks such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning service, travel reservations, event planning, and much more. A concierge is your to do list specialist for the individuals who need extra hours in the day.

The Personal Concierge industry is rapidly growing, as Americans cope with hectic schedules and demanding lifestyles.


2. Does Classic Concierge of Charlotte provide weekend and evening services?

Our general hours are from Monday-Friday, from 9-5 pm. Evening and weekend hours may be available for an additional fee.


3. How much notice is required to fulfill my requests?

Since we offer many services, the time needed to be complete your request may vary. Most services can be handled with as little as 24 hours notice, and we will do our best to provide you with services at short notice if an emergency arises. Services such as event planning and travel arrangements may take more time. Give us a call for an estimate of time needed if you have a special request.


4. Do service charges include the cost of purchases?

Unless otherwise specified, our service charges do not include the cost of purchases. Funds must be provided when purchases need to be made. This can be done by cash, check, money order or credit card.


5. Do you provide or assist with services that are not on the list?

As long as the task is legal, ethical, and being done with honest intentions, Classic Concierge of Charlotte will assist you with completing virtually any task. We do have the right to say no if we are uncomfortable with a particular request.


6. How much do you charge for your services?

Our prices are dependent on the nature of the request and distance of travel required, with a one hour minimum service charge.


7. Do you offer any discounted packages?

We do offer discounts when multiple hours are purchased in advance. If you would like to contract us for more than 10 hours as an example, you would receive a discount on the standard hourly rate.


8. Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, we do sell gift certificates, which can be purchased in one hour increments. We are a unique gift to give to new moms, new homeowners, or anyone who would benefit from the gift of time.
